I am absolutely thrilled to announce that I have made the final shortlist of 3 for the Extraordinary Entrepreneurship Category of the Extraordinary Women Awards 2010.
The event, which takes place at the East Midlands Conference Centre on 18th May 2010, is held annually to recognise the achievements of women who have not been recognised before.
On the day there are going to be presentations from inspirational women such as Lisa Warner from Fink cards (I was lucky enough to have met her before - what a great lady she is). Also there will be presentations from Trish Davidson who won the Extraordinary Personal Contribution awards in 2009 who has set up her organisation Unchosen in 2008 which campaigns to raise awareness of Human Trafficking, Alicia Kate, Image Consultant and Director of Alicia Kite Academy and Sue Stockdale, Motivational Speaker, Coach and Consultant.
Aside from being nominated for such a fantastic award, the day is going to be an exceptional day, inspirational and awe-inspiring women sharing their stories - I can't wait.
